The guestrooms at Hotel Restaurant Piccard were absolutely amazing! The room I stayed in had air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the hot summer days. The bed was so comfy that I had the most restful night's sleep. The private bathroom was spotless and had all the toiletries I needed. And let's not forget the flat-screen TV - it made my evenings even better!

I personally didn't enjoy the fact that not all of the standard rooms could be reached by lift. It wasn't a deal-breaker for me, but some guests might find it inconvenient.

Fabulous little hotel near the beach and city centre! Great restaurant/bar, superb breakfast included. Swimming pool, sauna. Clean and nice rooms. Helpful staff, even borrowed us a charger.

The location is great, close to the seafront and a park for dog walks. Staff is friendly and accommodating, allowing us to use the sauna after check-out. Breakfast included and enjoyable. The room was spacious with air conditioning and enough pillows.

Such a shame they didn't have double-glazed windows, I loved listening to the street noise all night long.

We were pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the staff at Hotel Restaurant Piccard. When we needed a charger for our mobile phone, they were kind enough to borrow us one. The location was very convenient for exploring Zeeland, and the short walk to the beach was a definite highlight. The rooms were clean and the restaurant served delicious food. Despite a few minor drawbacks, the reasonable prices and overall 4-star experience make this hotel worth recommending. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Good location just a short walk to the beach. Friendly, helpful staff. Indoor heated pool. Simple but good breakfast included. Comfortable bedding. Room was good size and clean.

Bathroom smelled like a latrine and there was a smell in the hallway that was indescribable. We kept our door open as much as possible to try to air it out.

if you plan to stay in Vlissingen, this is the best deal ever in this city. the location is perfect, near the beach and the center city full of cafés and restaurants. they have free parking in the backyard and all around. the pool is quiet big for an hotel, i didn't expect that size. they rent some very modern holland type bikes, it's a real pleasure to visit the area with these bikes, and very easy with their special road bikes (lock is build-in the bike). and the cherry on the top : the receptionnists are perfects, they do everything for you to spend a good time. i usually choose big chains hotel, and i saw in Piccard the real difference from welcoming till checking out with people involved in their business. they are great ! thanks for this good time!

We had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel! The location was fantastic, as it was close to both the center and the beach. This made it convenient for us to explore the area and enjoy the beautiful coastline. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the restaurant staff. We felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel itself was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort. Our room was spacious and clean, and we had all the amenities we needed. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of both location and service.

The hotel is located at a good spot, just behind the boulevard. The beds are good, there is a small pool and two sauna cabins.

The place is a little outdated in style. There was a strange kind of "beep" that we heard all night and gave us some problems sleeping.

Contact with all employees was always Excellent. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was above standard in Customer Service. Upon arrival my wife and I were upgraded from a standard room to a Comfort suit at no extra cost. The bar was well stocked and the bartenders were knowledgeable and were making drinks not on the card. I have more than 10 years in Customer Service Management and have stayed 5 Star hotels where the customer service providers could take lessons in cs from the Piccard Staff.

What we liked best was the heated indoor swimming-pool and the buffet breakfast and dinner; although the room we had on the first floor was small, it was very clean and certainly excellent value for the money we paid (49 euros). The beds were ok. The hotel is also conveniently situated near the beach.

I didn't like the old-fashioned decoration of the hotel. I found the frescoes on the walls of our room (#16) horrible!

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was very convenient as it was near the beach and the seafront. We also enjoyed the hotel facilities like the swimming pool and sauna. The breakfast had excellent choices and the staff were very helpful.

Hotel staff were super friendly and service oriented. Very nice hotel bar and pool was small, yet well maintained.

For the price paid, I generally would expect free wifi internet. The hotel uses a pay as you go service that is rather expensive.
